Purple NOTD - Review

Hello,

The mailman came today and brought me some shinies :) I got 3 new polishes, a Konad plate and a product sample pack from Viva La Nails.
I was suprised by their generosity, and the pack also had some nail art products that I've never used before, so that'll be fun to try out.

My NOTD was a polish from Casuelle, and as you can see from the bottle and the sticker on it that's half loose, it's a cheap brand. There's not even a name or number on it!
I used 3 coats, the drying time was ok, the smell of the polish was not :P But the color was better than I thought, I think it's pretty.
My nails are a bit shorter at the moment, after having a small chip I filed them all down. It seems they grow faster in the summer anyways :)

Not too bad, eh? :)

Then I used Konad plate m57 and Color Club Wild At Heart to stamp with. I found the result a bit soso (and the pictures as well, lol), I think I should've used a different color to stamp with.

Viva La Nails also added cotton pieces to the pack and I used them to remove this manicure.
They're little folded up pieces of cloth with holes in it, and when I saw it I didn't think they would be that handy. I mean, it might not leave little bits of fuzz that cotton pads can do, but there's holes in the cloth, surely that gets messy!

But I was wrong, not only did the cloth not leak any polish or remover on my hands, 1 piece of cloth was enough to clean all my nails. Look!

Eww :P

Even though I found them handy, with the amount that I use I'll stick to my cheaper cotton pads. I think these cotton pieces are nicer for a nail salon.

Now, with all the new polishes and nail art stuff, what to pick!
Take care :)
