Bundle Monster 2010 Revised plateset *pic heavy*

Hey everyone! I remember when I just got back into polish again, and I started to discover stamping as well, I bought a few loose plates ánd my very first plateset. That set was the Bundle Monster 2010 set, and even though it was nice to start with, the full nail images were pretty small and most of the time my nails were too long for them! Especially after I got the 2011 set, the 2010 set started to collect dust, and I think that happened with the sets of a lot of people. But I always loved some of the images, and often thought "oh if only you were bigger"... I think Bundle Monster felt the same, because recently they decided to redo their 2010 set, and make most of the images a lot bigger! Today I have the review of them, so here it is, 2010 Revised :)

Here's the first mani I did with this new set, more on that below!

MoYou-London The Explorer collection update - Preview

Here are the 6 new plates of The Explorer collection that are available from today!

Wild purple stamping

Here's a mani from the vault, and I forgot to write down what I used, so I'm not 100% sure on the basecolor. But I think it was OPI, so I'll just go with that :P Every time I stamp with WAH i wonder why I don't use it more often, it gives such a gorgeous result!

Incoco Jackpot

Hi guys, here's the last set of Incoco nail polish strips that I received, and wow, they're amazing!! Normally with glitter polish you'll have at least 3 coats, 2x glitter and 1x top coat, but we all know some glitters need 3 coats and a lot more top coat to get a smooth result. These strips however, have base/color/top in 1 thin, smooth, SPARKLY layer! ^^ And no messy cleanup either, awesome!

These strips are called Jackpot and they're from the Halloween collection, and the color is indeed perfect Halloween burnt orange. Here's a daylight pic that shows the color better, pretty right? But when you hold it near a lamp...woah! Magic right there!

See how thin and smooth this is, without top coat? And how neat they are near my cuticles? ♥

On a sidenote, if you're not so into strips because you prefer your own nail art, then you might like this great tip from one of my readers as well. Thanks a lot for sharing this, Anna! :)
"I used a nude coloured one & stamped over it just before Christmas last year as I knew I was going to be away from all my polish things. It lasted a full 10 days with only minimal wear on 1 or 2 nails."

Aren't these gorgeous?! Thanks for looking!

Cozy Incoco strips

Hey all! The 2nd set of Incoco nail polish strips that I received are these adorable Christmas sweater design strips, aren't they cute? :)

Incoco nail polish strips Cozy Up

These strips are called Cozy Up and I applied them all in the same direction, but because these strips have rounded ends on both sides, you could also apply half upside down. Or when your nails aren't as long either, just pick the side that you like the most :) And won't these make great accent nails?

Incoco nail polish strips Cozy Up

For more info on how to apply them, check out my first review of Incoco strips here! And Kelsie's Nail Files gave a good tip as well (thanks for that, Kelsie!), these strips are supposed to last for up to 14(!) days, wrapping your tips with top coat doesn't only give smooth tips but also helps to make the strips last longer. I always wrap my tips with nail art, but because these strips don't need top coat, I didn't use that here either. However, next time I'll wear strips I'll definitely wrap them as well!

What do you think of this design, isn't it perfect for Winter? Have a lovely weekend & take care!

Incoco nail polish strips

Good morning all :) I recently received some Incoco nail polish strips for review, and I have to say, I'm very impressed with these! I'll tell you why below, but here's the result of the first set I tried:

Incoco nail polish strips

The set I'm showing here is called Fashion Fusion, neon pink with black lace.

Incoco nail polish strips

Here's what I received, 3 sets (I'll be showing the other 2 in my next 2 posts, especially the glitters wowed me!), a little nail file and orangewood stick, and a folder with info and a bunch of their shades. And they have a LOT of different strips, way more than shown on that folder. From normal polish to glitter to nail art, but also French designs and pedicure designs!

Incoco nail polish strips

Incoco has a clear vid on their site about how to apply these, but you can already see from the sealed package that these ain't your average nail strips. They're actual polish strips, instead of the usual stickers. And if you have any doubts, opening the package and smelling them will convince you, hah! They also included base and top coat in them, I didn't finish this mani with top coat either. The package also comes with a big silver sticker which I used to reseal the little bag that holds the strips. It's to prevent them from drying out, but even if they would dry out a little, I bet they still work then by using them as a decal as I showed here.

The strips come in plenty different sizes (16 strips in total), ánd both the top and bottom part of each strip can be used near your cuticles, depending on the shape that works best for you. I haven't seen that before with strips, but I like it! After applying them, you give them a gentle stretch and rub them, and somehow they end up smooth and even on every single nail, no bubbles, no wrinkles, nothing like that!
And as you can see, they're long enough to fit even on very long nails (I even kept my nails long for the reviews of these, lol). I think I could easily get 2 nails done with 1 strip if I'm careful. However, the little file that came along didn't work as nicely for me, as you can see on my tips, it felt a bit too coarse/smooth for me, and for the next sets I went with a different file to get a better result at my tips.

Incoco nail polish strips

As I said before, I'm very impressed with these, and what I really like as well, smooth, shiny glitters and neon polish in a thin strip without having to use lots of layers to get that result! They're supposed to last for 14 days, but I'm sure you'll understand that I haven't tried that, I can't remember ever wearing a mani for that long =)

You can buy the Incoco nail polish strips in their webshop. What do you think of their strips, would you use them? Thanks for stopping by ♥

There's one thing that really caught my attention in these previews, and that's the sand polish! But it wouldn't be the first time the preview of Essence looks much better to me than the real thing, so I'll just have to wait and see :) What do you think of these collections?

Yeah Science! & Pinkman

The last 2 polishes that I have from Cadillacquer's Breaking Bad collection and didn't show yet are Yeah Science! and Pinkman, and here are the swatches of those! :)

Yeah Science!
Yeah Science!

Yeah Science! is a beautiful lavender polish with pink shimmer. The shimmer is a bit more visible and brighter irl, and I'm loving this one :)

Yeah Science!

I swatched these polishes on different times, and when I had a quick look at the swatches of Pinkman they looked ok to me. Unfortunately when I had a closer look this morning I realized they weren't that nice afterall, so I ended up with 2 sun pics, but I'm a bit sick atm so they'll just have to do. And I think I'll be showing this again sometime anyway, curious to see how it'll look with golden stamping or some :)

Pinkman
Pinkman

Pinkman is a light pink with holo shimmer, in normal lighting it's not this pale though. I added a little closeup in different lighting, isn't that shimmer gorgeous?

Pinkman

Overall, I'm very impressed with this collection, there are some very unique, stunning polishes with a lot of different things going on in them, and they all applied so easily! If you're already more in the mood for festive glitters, make sure to have a look at her polishes as well, I just noticed Cadillacquer has a Christmas collection up now!

You can buy Cadillacquer's polishes here and you can also find her on Facebook and Instagram.

Thanks for looking! :)

Copper Diva

Howdy! It's been a while since I wore the beautiful Diva Of Geneva, and I wanted to step out of my comfortzone of stamping on a creme base, and use this as base instead. I wanted to go for a fine, softer and subtle image, but that didn't turn out as planned, lol. Regardless, I'm liking the combo and I'm loving that image! But I still prefer Diva on her own ♥

MoYou-London The Explorer & The Time Traveller - Preview

Morning! MoYou-London has added even more plates, this time a new collection (The Explorer) and an extention of an existing collection (The Time Traveller). The Explorer will get more plates added in the near future as well (I'm so loving these!). All images are clickable for an enlargement.

Cadillacquer Crystal

Good morning all! The polish that I'm showing today is another beauty from Cadillacquer's Breaking Bad collection. I swatched it a while ago already, but Madeleine, the owner of Cadillacquer, was enjoying her holiday and had her shop closed during that time. The shop is open again now though, so if you're interested in any of her polishes, make sure to check her out! :)

Cadillacquer Crystal
sunlight

This polish is called Crystal, and I forgot to write down how many coats this was, but I think I used 3 thin coats here. It's a gorgeous teal polish, but it also has this brighter blue glow to it, and as you can see on the daylight pic, it even has a subtle purple shine! And if that's not enough, she also added some subtle holographic particles ♥

Cadillacquer Crystal
daylight

I don't think I need to write more about how pretty this is, right? I'm The One Who Knocks and There's No Better Reason, the first 2 polishes from this collection that I swatched, are real pretties as well!

China Glaze Happy HoliGlaze - Part II

Morning! Here are the other 3 polishes I received from the China Glaze Happy HoliGlaze collection :) All swatches are with lamplight.

All Wrapped Up
All Wrapped Up

Starting with my favorite of this half, isn't it stunning?! All Wrapped Up is a blue glitter which leans a bit purple, I'm wearing 3 easy coats here. SO gorgeous!

All Wrapped Up

And here's how it looks without top coat as well, not bad either! It's not crazy gritty, so just like This Is Tree-mendous (which I showed in my previous post) you could wear it on itself as well. But when you want the real sparkle, top coat is your friend :)

All Wrapped Up

Be Merry, Be Bright
Be Merry, Be Bright

Here I'm wearing 1 coat of Be Merry, Be Bright over China Glaze Exotic Encounters, which has various sizes red-ish pink and purple-ish blue hex glitter in a clear base. This polish is so packed with glitters that when you don't have enough polish on the brush, the glitters will quickly pile up on your nails, so no fishing needed at all! I prefer these kinda glitters mattified, and matte shows them better as well I think, so here's a matte swatch as well :)

Be Merry, Be Bright

Your Present Required
Your Present Required

And lastly we have Your Present Required, also shown on Exotic Encounters. Again 1 coat and again a polish packed with glitter! The only glitters that didn't end up on my nails were the large white hexglitters, so those might need some fishing. White, gold, copper, blue and purple are the obvious colors, but I'm spotting some little green and pink glitters as well.

Your Present Required

My favorites of the 6 polishes that I showed are the 2 microglitters, All Wrapped Up and This Is Tree-mendous, they're both oh so beautiful and I love that they look good without top coat as well! What's your favorite of these polishes, and did you get any?

Thanks for looking :)
